To me, beer tasting is an adventure and a hobby. I really like going to my local store and picking out that special, cool, or different beer and bringing it home and popping tops and sipping, drinking and gulping.

I found some of the best beers by just hitting the shelves and experimenting.  I have found beers that I like in styles I never thought I would have never tried. Some of the beers I find really are not that good however. I have come across some that just kick me in the ass. It’s not like the beers aren’t good. Really, they probably are awesome beers and have had very smart craft brewers making them. They just don’t appeal to my tastes.
